Multistage Centrifugal Oil Pump Horizontal - China

DY-type multi-stage oil pump is a derivative product of the D-type multi-stage pump, designed as a horizontal single-suction multi-stage segmented centrifugal pump for oil transportation in the petrochemical industry.

This pump adopts a high-efficiency, energy-saving hydraulic model recommended by the national standard, capable of conveying petroleum products free of solid particles and with a viscosity below 120 cSt.

The medium temperature range is -20°C to 150°C, and the allowable inlet pressure is 0.6 MPa.

The pump body is divided into the DYⅠ, DYⅡ, and DYⅢ series, with flow components made of cast iron, cast steel, and cast stainless steel respectively.

The shaft seal employs mechanical or packing seals with cooling devices, while sliding bearings use forced circulation or oil ring splash lubrication, and rolling bearings are lubricated with grease.

Performance covers flow rates of 6–850 m³/h and head ranges of 48–648 m.

It comes with explosion-proof motors and a common base, and is supplied as a complete set including the pump, explosion-proof motor, common base or self-contained base, check valve, gate valve, and spare parts.

Application: The DY-type pumps are all single-stage, multi-stage, segmental centrifugal oil pumps.

They are suitable for petrochemical plants and used to transport petroleum and petroleum products with a viscosity of less than 120 centistokes and free of solid particles.

Type I material: cast iron; Type II: cast steel; Type III: cast stainless steel.

The D-type pump is a single-stage, multi-stage, segmental centrifugal water pump suitable for conveying clear water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, provided the transported medium temperature ranges from -20°C to 80°C.

2 - The DF-type pump is a single-stage, multi-stage segmental corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump, suitable for conveying non-solid particle corrosive liquids with a medium temperature range of -20°C to 80°C.

3 - The DY series pump is a single-stage, multi-stage segmented centrifugal cold oil pump designed for conveying oil and petroleum products without solid particles and with a viscosity of less than 120 cSt.

The temperature range for the conveyed medium is -20°C to 105°C.

The improved DY85-67I and DY155-67I models can handle media temperatures up to 200°C.
