The HW110 three-plunger high-pressure pump represents a new-generation high-pressure equipment featuring a compact design, large flow capacity and high operational efficiency.
To minimize friction and transmission resistance, tapered roller bearings are mounted on both ends of the crankshaft power end, enabling the pump to operate continuously for extended periods.
An aluminum alloy heat dissipation fin is integrated into the tank back cover—when cooled circulating water is introduced, it effectively maintains the tank at an optimal operating temperature, ensuring stable performance.
This pump is specifically suited for directional drilling rigs in coal mines and supporting mud pump trucks, while also finding extensive application across coal mining, industrial cleaning, pipeline dredging and other related sectors.
Compatible with a range of media, the HW110 series can convey water, emulsion, and other liquids with chemical properties analogous to water, within a temperature range of 0~50℃.
