-Function: Flavonoids, the main ingredients of which are anthocyanins.

The product has the effects of antioxidation, antivirus, antimutagen, and Bacteriostat.

At normal temperature, the appearance is purple red or purple black; it is soluble in water and ethanol solution.

The color tone and stability subject to pH: it is stable purple red or red purple when the solution is acidic; it is blue when the solution is neutral; it is unstable green when the solution is alkaline.
