    Product description:

    Umami Agents Flavour are made with modern biotechnology and natural fermentation, including GY2304 Umami Protein, GY2302 Strong Umami Agent, and GY2307 Sodium Succinate, and are perfectly desirable umami subatances for food processing and seasoning.

    Product application:

    Umami Agents Flavour are widely used in instant noodle, soy sauce, rice flour or flour products, soups, sodium glutamate, seasonings, chicken essence, canned food, ham sausage, vegetable food, cured food, etc to strengthen umami taste.

    Product characters:

    The products have strong umami taste, low taste threshold value, and can produce strong and natural delicious taste even at very low addition level.

    The products do not change the intrinsic flavor of foods, which means that the sweet, sour, bitter, salty taste and flavor of foods do not be changed with the addition of the products.

    The products can improve the original flavor of foods and endow a satisfying delicious taste, especially in salty foods.

    The products have excellent solubility and adapt to all foods.

    The products are highly stable during different high temperature processing procedures. In odor to obtain maximum flavor-enhancing effect, it is appropriate to add the products at the last stage of the severe heat treatment precedure.

    The umami taste is more natural when the products are used with glycine, alanine, or hydrolysates of vegetable or animal proteins.

    The products can be used with organic acids, such as citric acid, malic acid, to form different flavor and taste.
