blended purees as per customer’s specification are also taken up on advance orders.

the preparation process includes washing, cutting, de- stoning, refining and packing.

In case of aseptic product, the puree is sterilized and packed in presterilised aseptic bags.

totapuri puree concentrate or alphonso and kesar mango puree is then packed in aseptic bag or drums.

Also, the de- aerated mango puree concentrate has more hygienic and has a better shelf life as it can retain even small amounts of ascorbic acid in it, with the quality ensured.

Mango puree concentrate can be broadly used to make candies, preserves, jellies, jams, marmalades, juices, nectars, baby food, beverages, and ice- cream.
