2 - Each lubricating part should prevent dust and other impurities from entering, and the oil quality of the reducer should be checked once a year.

If it is found to be deteriorated, all the oil should be replaced.

3 - When the pressing amount is reduced and the cake or oil is not normal, the press screw shaft should be pulled out, check the wear of the press screw, the press strip and the cake ring, and the worn parts should be replaced in time.

4 - At the end of each shift, the residual cake should be removed from the machine, and the dust and grease on the surface of the machine should be wiped clean.

5 - When stored for a long time after the end of the production season, a maintenance should be carried out, and the squeeze screw, squeeze strip and cake ring should be disassembled, washed and again apple oil, and placed in a dry place.
