Ingredients: Enriched pre-cooked long grain rice[rice, niacinamide(niacin), ferric

orthophosphate(iron), thiamine hydrochloride(thiamine), folic acid].

Cooking Directions:

no boiling required!

1 - In container, add one cup of hot water to one cup of rice.

Cover and let stand five minutes.

Drain water

and serve.

Be careful of the steam!

2 - For microwave cooking: Combine one cup of rice with one cup of water and microwave on high power

for two minutes.

Rrmove from microwave then cover and let stand for 3 minutes.
