The armrest of the chair is produced using a 300T aluminum alloy die-casting machine.
Due to the special appearance requirements of the product, the mold design ensures that the armrest can be smoothly pushed out without any traces of the push rod.
After die-casting, remove the sprue, burrs, and burrs.
Drill and tap holes at the connection with the chair legs, and use M6 bolts to connect the armrest and chair legs.
The side cylinder of the armrest is machined with 7 holes at a certain angle for installing and fixing the seat back.
Due to the different angles of the 7 installation holes, a 4-axis machining center is used in conjunction with the fixture to ensure machining accuracy.
After finishing, the armrest is finely polished to meet the requirements for surface treatment by spraying.
