KYLT die casting factory daily work - May 8, 2026 1 - The die casting production for chair arms spare parts, uses a 300T cold chamber die casting machine.

2 - After casting, use a soft wooden stick to remove the slag package from the die-casting part, separate the flow channel from the product, and obtain the aluminium alloy handrail blank.

(The advantage of using a cork stick is that it can protect the product from being damaged by hard objects.

) 3 - After organising the aluminium alloy armrest blank, use a sand belt to remove the sprue, burrs, and burrs.

4 - After rough polishing, the armrest will be sent to the precision machining workshop for mechanical processing, such as drilling and tapping.

(All dimensions must be guaranteed and inspected in the machining process) 5 - After mechanical processing is completed, it is then sent to the polishing workshop for final surface fine polishing.

The finely polished armrest components can be directly sprayed with paint or plastic processing.

6 - Finished those processes, QC will final check the aluminium parts' surface, and workers will use a plastic bag to pack every arm, and put them in cartons and load on pallets for export.
