Shaping belt conveyor- Being an important part of

the whole plant, it serves as mould as well as conveying belt, carrying

boards from the shaping machine.

Board breaker-Cut boards from convey-

belt into semi-manfactured pieces , and then carry them onto 1#

transverse conveyor.

1# transverse conveyor-transverse convey and

resverse semi-manufactured gypsum boards to prevent board faces from

dirting, and then send them to the distributor- Distributor- distribute

gypsum boards from 1# transverse conveyor onto each layer of the drying

machine.

Accelerated board –inputting machine- Rapidly convey boards

which coming from the distributor into the drying room.

Dryer- Being the

most advanced gypsum board dying device , it adopts 2 kinds of techniques-

heat conductive oil exchanging hot air and burning fuel exchanging hot

air.

The devices have advantage of supplying stable temperature , which

is totally consistent with the characters of board drying.

Accelerated

board-outputting unit- Rapidly convey the dried boards out of the dryer

Board outputting machine-Rapidly convey the dried boards out of the

dryer and then carry them to 2# transverse conveyor.

2# transverse conveyor-

Dried boards sent by the outputting machine bind together face to face ,

then are conveyed to the sawer .
