PP Woven Wag Pelletizing Line General Info:

PP woven bag or PP jumbo bag usually is very strong, it is

hardly to handle it using the common crusher machine or

compactor, we have to use some special equipment, such as

double shaft shredder machine.

We will use double shaft

shredder machine first to shred PP woven bag or PP jumbo bag

into scraps; and then we can use the common recycling

equipment to process it, such as the the common plastic

washing line and plastic film pelletizing line which

incorporates crusher/ grinder/ compactor, finally, we can get

the clean PP woven bag scraps and also the PP

repellets.

Because the PP woven bag scraps have the features

of hardly to dry after washing, very strong for

crusher, higher melt temperature, easily stuck at the feeding

port, much more liquid when melt etc.
