Mould Maintenance

a) When the mould is vacant, spray the anti- rust oil

b) To clean the gate and cooling system regularly

c) Avoid to use recycled material if the mould is suitable for virgin material

only.

We have good QC system, covering IQC, IPQC and OQC.

For the Q/ C of mould, there are 3 steps:

1 - Mould Material Q/ C

- Mould Steel Checking ( Hardness, flaw detection)

- Mould Standard Spare Parts Checking ( hardness, size, flaw checking)

2 - Mould Making Process Q/ C

- design checking ( part engineering drawing)

- each part of mould’s size checking after machining according to 2D drawing

- mould testing ( check mould running condition)

3 - Check with customer’s requirement again before mould shipping.

Q: How to get a mold quotation?

A: Option 1: You can send pictures with outer size.

The pictures with many

views is better.

Option 2: You can send 2D drawing or 3D drawing.

We can open any format

of the 3D file.

Option 3: You can offer sample.

Q: Why mold price differs so much?

A: Mold price varies in steel, machining, spare parts, hot runner brand, mold

size and etc.

So when you ask for mold price, you should clarify your mold

quality standard.

The easiest way is to show us your existed mold picture.

Q: What about the delivery time?

A: We can guarantee T1( first trial sample) time.

After that, we send trial

sample to customer for checking.

If no modification required, we need one week

to make mold ready for shipping.

If there is modification, we have

professional engineering team and marketing team to follow and deal with until

the mold is ready for shipping.
