Dongguan city, we are a medium sized mold and molding maker with over

350 workers , equipped with advanced and high precision CNC, EDM and Wire-

cut machines and inspection machine importing from Japan and Germany.

BHD covers an area of 12000 square meters and located on No.

17 Chang Tang

Road, Yantian Village，Fenggang Town, Dongguan City of China, with convenient

transportation.

There are over 300 workers including 8 senior engineers, 18

engineers in factory.

BHD Mold Group has equipped with sand Sodick, FANCU CNC and Dimon Spark Dmspk

high precision mold machinining machines with quality over 80 units and 10, 000

dust- free spray workshop.

BHD Mold Group has passed the ISO9001/ 2008 quality management system

certification to meet customers' requests.

We mainly produced precision mold,

like medical parts, OA series, auto products, electronic parts and home

supplies for customers from Honda, Volkswagen, Philips, Panasonic, Apple,

Brother, Johnson& Johnson control, Fuji Xerox and Supor, etc.

We can do mold and molding, painting, assembly and packaging according to

customer' s requests.

BHD can 500 molds one year, almost 80% molds were exported to overseas, the

others leave in our molding workshop for production or for local customer.
