Flame polisher, also named acrylic polishing machine or perspex flame

polisher, is a high performance gas-generating polishing unit producing

a high temperature flame-in the range 2000-2800 degree centigrade -with

a reliable, low cost and safe operation.

Using a standard electrical

supply, mixed hydrogen and oxygen gases are produced by the electrolysis

of water.

The mixed gases are passed through a gas atomiser and

delivered to single torch via an output lead.

Flame polisher is the ideal tool for polishing the hard to reach positions on the acrylic parts, such as edges, curved and tilted surfaces, holes and inner corners.

In all acrylic flame polisher makes matte surface of acrylic clear and transparent easily and effectively.
