LD（L）Blowin g Line of Mulch Film and Agricultural Film

Machine (Degradation)

Structural features:

1 - The line is used for producing Mulch film, Agricultural film, with LDPE, LLDPE, LLDPE and LDPE

compound as raw materials.

2 - The die adopts central feeding spiral channel forming technology which is advanced in the world.

3 - Forming and Cooling film adopts vane and blower which are low wind pressure and large air

volume.

4 - Extruder adopts wavy screw, with oblique barrier and the mixing screw head, stable function,

reliable, high-output and low energy consumption.

5 - Winding adopts friction-type two-face winding, equipped a bridge at the center of the below

winder, which reduces the hight of the film, enhances the level off the film, so the structure of winding is

more compact, operation is more easily.

Equipped length-counting device, it ensures that the length of

mulch film and Agricultural film is more precision.

6 - Electrical components adopts domestic famous brands, realizes that the operation of machine is all-

in-one.
