Kevlar fiber packing is braided from kevlar fiber impregnated with PTFE

and lubricant additive.

It shows good chemical resistance, high

elasticity and very low cold flow.

It is wear resistance but no harm to

the shaft.

Have excellent properties of high rotation speed and high

modulus.

Being called Man-made wire.

It’s three times the strength of

wire, while the weight is five times lighter than wire.

Compared with

other kinds of packing, it can resist more severe(particles

crystallization) media and higher temperature.

Can be used alone, also

with other packing combination.

It is one good asbestos alternative

product in pump.

Equipment: pump, valve and rotating machinery.

Industry: Chemistry, petroleum, pharmacy, foods and sugar, pulp,

papermaking and power industry.

Medium: Suitable for abrasive wear

medium containing solid particles.

Best used for superheated steam,

solvents, liquefied gas, syrups and other abrasive fluids.

Suggestion:

The surface hardness of pumpt shaft and protective equipment should be

reached to 60HRC.

specification or other non-standard products as you required.
