Structure

Inner layer: Made of acid resistant synthetic rubber or polymer composite materials, used for direct contact and transmission of fracturing fluid, effectively resisting the erosion of acidic liquids.

Middle layer: High strength steel wire weaving or winding layer is used to provide necessary pressure bearing capacity and anti explosion protection, ensuring the stability of the hose under high pressure.

Outer layer: Made of synthetic rubber with excellent wear resistance and anti-aging performance to ensure that the long-term use of the hose in complex environments will not be affected.
