I Brief Introduction of this line
Process of coil through cold roll forming and H.
F welding continuous producing straight seam welding pipe: uncoiler→ strip steel flattening r→ end shear → strip steel end welding→ accumulator→ forming→ welding→ eliminating burr→ sizing→ flying cutting →initial check →steel pipe straightening →pipe section processing →hydraulic tester →fault detection tester →printing and coating →finished product
It mainly applies to fluid pressure pipe including water pipe, gas and steam heating pipe, boiler pipe; round, square and rectangle pipe such as threading line pipe, scaffold pipe, fitness equipment pipe and super highway pile pipe; high precision pipe including automobile transmission shaft pipe and carrier roller pipe of conveyor.
II Main characteristics
1 - Supplying loading, uncoiler, shear and end welding, spiral accumulator, forming, welding, sizing cut-off machine, end facing machine, hydrostatic tester and packing machine and so on
2 - Several models are available such as combination forming machine, common gantry type forming machine and cage roll forming machine and so on
