Custom printed boxes in paperboard and cardstock are printed, die-cut, creased, folded, glued, and inspected in-house at SunTop Printing.

Stable color, accurate creasing, consistent closure fit, and glued-seam alignment are controlled throughout the order.

Common structures include straight tuck end, reverse tuck end, auto-lock bottom, window, and other folding carton formats.

Prepress, sheet-fed offset printing, die-cutting, creasing, folding-gluing, and surface finishing are completed at SunTop’s Shenzhen factory.

The equipment base includes Heidelberg Speedmaster and Manroland presses, together with BOBST systems for die-cutting, window patching, folding-gluing, UV coating, hot foil stamping, and inline inspection.

G7 Master color management and ISO 12647 process control support stable CMYK color throughout the print run.

Lab values and Delta E comparisons check printed color against approved targets.

Every order undergoes 100% outgoing inspection before shipment.
