Ceramic rubber composite pads&plate is use of rubber vulcanization process, to embed the wear-resistant ceramic vulcanized into rubber, stick it on the inner all of equipment with the adhesice paste.

As customers' requirment, it also can be vulcanized together with steel plate, with bolts or not.

Features:

It combines wear-resistance of ceramic of ceramic and impact-resistance of rubber, apply to conveying systems equipment work under normal temperture, and can bear some impact.

Applications:

Raw material feeding system: belt head hopper, belt head hopper, trolley tee bucket, and feed hopper.

Batching system: mixing silo, primary mixing cylinder, secondary mixing cylinder, mixing disc, pelletizing disc.

Sintering material conveying system: beneficiation hopper under the vibrating screen, long-distance beneficiation hopper, silo.

Dust removal and ash discharge system: dust removal pipe, elbow, tee, dust falling pipe, and tail dust removal pipe.
