DIN 17155 HII is the German standard for pressure vessel steel.
This standard is no longer active and has been superseded along with the old British Standard by EN 10028, the new Euro Norm standard.

Pressure vessel steel plate HII owned the minimum yield strength at 265Mpa for thickness equal and below 16mm, 255Mpa for thickness within 16-40mm, tensile strength within 410-530Mpa for steel plate thickness equal and below 100mm, 400-530 Mpa for steel plate thickness above 100mm.
The equivalent steel grade for boiler steel plate HII is P265GH in EN 10028-2, and SB410 in Japanese steel standard.
Now BBN steel can offer the maximum thickness for boiler steel plate HII till 350mm with Normalized and ultrasonic examination.
