GB/T 11251 20Cr hot rolled structure steel plates are widely used to manufacture carburized parts (oil quenching) that have high requirements for core strength, bearing surface wear, section below 30mm, shape is complex and load is small.
For example: machine transmission gear, gear shaft, cam, worm, piston pin, claw clutch.
For parts with small heat treatment deformation and high resistance, high-frequency surface hardening is needed after carburizing, such as gear whose modulus is less than 3, shaft, spline shaft and so on.
GB/T 11251 20Cr hot rolled structure steel plates can also be used in quenching and tempering condition to manufacture parts with larger working speed and medium impact load.
GB/T 11251 20Cr hot rolled structure steel plates can also be used as low-carbon steel for martensitic quenching, which further increases yield strength and tensile strength of 20Cr steel (about 1.5 ~ 1.7 times).
