The PG series thick-mixing and thin-mixing tanks produced by the company are of reasonable design, advanced technology and automatic control, and fully meet the requirements of National GMP certification.

The tank body adopts the vertical double-layer structure, the inner tank is polished Ra0.45, the outer surface is kept warm by the mirror panel or the sanding plate, the whole is beautiful, The jacket can be passed through steam or cooling water to meet the process requirements, and the jacket is filed with thermal insulation material.

The inner tank is equipped with elliptical head, smooth and no dead angle.

The tank is stirred by vertical eccentric axial flow.

The tank top is equipped with manholes, feeding ports, back flow ports, disinfection ports, cleaning balls, and equipped with(0.45 m)air aspirator, the bottom is provided with a feeding port, a liquid level sensor probe and a thermometer port is arranged on the side.

Equipped with control cabinet operation, testing liquid temperature and display, constant temperature control, testing liquid level and display, provide upper and lower limit alarm and other functions.
