RYGFG series high efficiency boiling dryer is a new type of high efficiency boiling dryer developed for GMP pharmaceutical engineering.

The equipment is composed of air filter, heater, main engine, charging car, ash cleaning room, connecting air pipe, fan, muffler, etc.

it can be used with swing granulator or high-efficiency wet granulator, and has a wider fluidization range than the traditional XF series horizontal boiling bed.

It is widely used in medicine, chemical industry, food, feed and other fields, for drying wet particles and powder materials.

Characteristic:

1 - The fluidized bed has a circular structure to avoid dead angle.

2 - The hopper is equipped with agitation to avoid the agglomeration of wet materials and the formation of ditch flow during drying.

3 - It is convenient, quick and complete to use tipping and unloading, and it can also design the automatic feeding and discharging system according to the requirements.

4 - The equipment has a wider fluidization range, can handle some particles which are too wet, sticky or have a wide range of particle size distribution, and the drying effect is significant.

5 - The drying speed is fast and the temperature is even.

The drying time of each batch is generally 20-30 minutes.

6 - Closed negative pressure operation, gas filtration, good sealing.

The whole equipment is easy to operate, disassemble and clean.

It is an ideal equipment in line with GMP requirements.
