How to Work:
This type of centrifuge is a cantilever centrifuge, which combines the working principle and characteristics of horizontal screw discharge decanter centrifuge and horizontal screw discharge filtration centrifuge in two different separation stages to achieve the best separation effect.
In the first stage of solid-liquid separation, the material is dehydrated in the settling area of the drum, pushing the solid after separation and concentration to the filtering area, and the clear liquid is discharged from the outlet; in the second stage of solid-liquid separation, the concentrated material is dehydrated in the filtering drum, and the moisture content in the solid phase is gradually reduced.
