Working principle and application:

The work of this machine consists of two processes, namely mixed mass transfer process and two-phase separation process, which are completed in the same machine.




1 - Mixed mass transfer process
The light and light two-phase solutions enter the lower mixing chamber in a certain proportion, and are mixed and dispersed by the wheel stirring slurry and dispersing slurry from the entrance of the center of the rotating drum.

At this time, the two-phase liquid is fully mixed, so that solute is transferred from one phase liquid to the other phase liquid, thus completing the mixing mass transfer process.




2 - Separation process
The mixed liquid in the lower rotating drum is driven by the rib plate and rotates synchronously with the rotating drum quickly.

It enters the upper rotating drum through the annular baffle plate with the help of the centrifugal suction of the upper rotating drum.

In the rotating drum, the width plate continues to drive the mixed liquid to rotate synchronously.

Under the centrifugal force field, the two are separated from each other, and the heavier heavy liquid gradually moves away from the center of the rotating drum and leans towards the drum wall.

The light phase liquid with small specific gravity gradually moves away from the drum wall towards the center.

Finally, the two-phase liquid enters the collection chamber through the weir plate and is taken out of the machine by the guide pipe, completing the two-phase separation process.
