RY series PA/PE micropore filter is used for filter solid from the fluid.

The principle is: under the pressure, the solid-liquid or solid-air mixture will go through the micropore medium(filter tubes), then the solid will be blocked on the medium, so that realize separation.

Our RY series PA/PE micropore filter is a advanced and perfect equipment for separation.

According to the process capacity, the filter area can be from 5 s.q.m.

to 200 s.q.m., so that meet various demands.

1 - High filtering efficient For liquid filtering use RY series PE/PA tube ( special macromolecule ) as medium and the filtering precision can be 0.1mμm.

For air filtering, the precision can be 0.3μm, the separation efficient can be 99%.

2 - High efficient to discharge cakes.

It use the back wash ( via air / water ) method to regenerate the tubes conveniently.

3 - Best corrosion resistant performance It can resist various acid, alkali salts, organic solvent ( under 70℃ ).

And it is nontoxic, flavorless, so its suitable for following industries : medicines, food, chemical, water treatment, oilfield flooding etc.

4 - Temperature Performance : for PE tube 80℃ : for PA tube = 100℃ : for PAC tube.
