Ry Series Plastic Cartridge - China

String wound filter cartridge is kind of deep filtering cartridge.

It mainly used for low viscosity and low impurity content materials.

The cartridge is made of fiber yarns which is wound on the porous structure(PP or stainless steel), thus it is features of dense inside and sparse o use so that can efficiently move the impurities, such as: suspended solids, fine particles, rust etc.

it has a good filtering performance.

The yams material can be polypropylene, acrylic, degreasing cotton etc.

( For PP yarns, if PP structure, the temperature endured: 60; f S.S. structure: 80C For degreasing cotton yarns, if s.s. structure: 120 ℃.

It can combine with various connection ports, so that satisfies different installation demands.

The filtering precision range is 1-100 μm.

The model include: 10 inches, 20 inches, 30 inches and 40 inches.

It's mainly used for the pre-filtraton.

It’s features of high it filtering precision, lower pressure difference, big flow, big capability of keeping the impurities, long life-span etc.
