Two Dimensional Mixer - China

Characteristic:

The two-dimensional mixer is mainly composed of three parts: drum, swing frame and frame.

The drum is installed on the swing frame, supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two stop wheels, and the other two wheels are driven by the transmission power system to make the drum rotate; the swing frame is installed on the frame by a group of crank swing bar mechanisms and supported by the bearing components.

The rotating drum of two-dimensional mixer can move in two directions at the same time, one is the rotation of the rotating drum, the other is the rotation of the rotating drum with the swing frame at the same time.

When the mixed material rotates, flips and mixes with the rotating cylinder in the rotating cylinder, at the same time, the mixing movement occurs back and forth with the swinging of the rotating cylinder.

Under the joint action of these two movements, the material is fully mixed in a short time.
