Zeroloss Waste Heat Regenerative Adsorption Dryer - China

The high temperature and saturated wet air is discharged from the compressor and directly enters the dryer.

It first enters the first tower of the dryer to heat and regenerate the desiccant, and the regenerated gas enters the rear cooler to cool, then separates the liquid water by the gas-liquid separator, and finally enters another tower for drying and adsorption to get the dry gas.

After 170 minutes, the heated tower is bypassed by the bypass valve, and the high temperature and unsaturated wet air flows directly into the rear cooler, separates the liquid water, and then enters another tower for dry adsorption.

The dried compressed air is discharged from the outlet and enters the pipe network.

At this stage, we draw the air compressor and remove the filter into the regeneration tower to complete the cooling.

After 68 minutes, the cold blow is over and the pressure boost starts; after 2 minutes, the pressure is balanced for 4 hours, and the twin tower dryer regeneranother tower.
