About Our AISI M2 Steel Plate:

AISI M2 steel plate (equivalent to DIN 1.3343, JIS SKH51, GB W6Mo5Cr4V2) is the classic tungsten-molybdenum high speed tool steel.

Our plates are forged and rolled under strict process control, then fully annealed below HB255, so customers can machine and heat treat them in-house with predictable results.

After hardening at 1190-1230°C and triple tempering at 540-560°C, working hardness reaches HRC 62-64 with excellent red hardness and wear resistance.
