The heat treatment process for GB 50CrVA alloy material significantly impacts its performance.

Its heat treatment specifications include two processes: quenching and tempering.

The quenching temperature is controlled between 850°C ± 20°C, using oil cooling.

This achieves a more uniform martensitic structure within the steel, thereby improving its strength and hardness.

The tempering temperature is controlled between 500°C ± 50°C (± 30°C when required).

The tempering process eliminates quenching stresses and improves the plasticity and toughness of GB 50CrVA alloy material.

Adjusting the tempering temperature and time can also further control the steel's hardness and strength.
