    Product Application

    E6011 is a high cellulose potassium type welding rod to be used in all position welding.

    It is suitable for vertical-down welding and lap welding of sheet metal welding applications such as manufacturing, construction and maintenance work of vent pipe, flue pipe, oil tank, ships and vehicles etc.

    It is not good for wide weave when welding and it is not suitable for multi-layer or face welding.

    Keeping the rods in dry condition and the rods do not need to re-bake before welding.

    If electrode with damp, re-dry the electrode at 70-80℃ for 60 minutes before welding.
