DIN 20Cr4 Steel Pipe Production Process:

Blank Preparation: Select the appropriate 20Cr4 steel billet, ensuring its chemical composition and physical properties meet the required specifications.

The billet is then cut into appropriate sizes according to the production plan.

Heating and Piercing: The billet is heated to a high temperature, typically around 1100-1250°C, to achieve a thermoplastic state.

The heated billet is then fed into a piercing mill.

The piercing mill's rollers and ram pierce a hole through the center of the billet, forming a hollow shell.

Pipe Rolling: The DIN 20Cr4 steel pipe is fed into a pipe mill for rolling.

Through various types of pipe mills (such as continuous pipe mills and automatic pipe mills), the shell's wall thickness and outer diameter meet the specified requirements, while also improving the internal structure and properties of the steel pipe.

Sizing and Reducing: Based on the size requirements of the final product, the rolled DIN 20Cr4 steel pipe is sizing or reducing.

The outer diameter of the steel pipe is accurately adjusted to the required size through the rollers of the sizing mill or reducing mill to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the steel pipe.
