Ss14 2506 Steel Good Fatigue Resistance And Deformation - China

Ordinary mechanical drive shafts (such as machine tool feed shafts and conveyor drive rollers, transmitting torque of 200-500 N·m) have long faced the problems of "fatigue-induced shaft breakage" and "operational deformation": the fatigue limit of ordinary 20Cr steel after 10⁶ cycles is only 350 MPa, and the probability of shaft breakage exceeds 20% after 8000 hours of continuous operation; moreover, its deformation resistance is weak (elastic modulus 200 GPa), and after long-term stress, the journal roundness error exceeds 0.05 mm, resulting in excessive equipment vibration.
