2， application:

Y81 series hydraulic metal balers ( baling machine/ compressor) are mainly

used in steel manufacture, recycling companies, ferrous & non- ferrous

smelting industry to press metal scraps ( steel, copper, aluminum, stainless

steel, discarded automobiles) into required shapes ( cuboid, cylinder, octagon

etc.

) , so as to reduce the transportation cost, to increase the speed of

furnace feeding and reduce the furnace loss.

3, Features:

a) Hydraulic drive system, manual valve control or PLC control.

b) Bale- discharging method: " turn- out" ; " push- out" ( forward or side

push) ; manual discharging.

c) No footing bolts needed in installation; diesel engine can be equipped for

power.

d) Various types to choose with baling force from 63 to 400 tons; productivity

from 4 to 40 tons per shift ( 8 hours standard)
