Api6a High Quality Check Valves - China

Check valve is designed and produced entirely according to

the requirements of API Space 6A Equipment Specifications

for Wellhead and Christmas Tree, able to be used

interchangeably with corollary equipment at home and abroad

that is in line with API Space 6A Standard.

It relies on medium pressure to achieve the metallic seal

between valve trim and valve body, and the higher the

pressure of medium is, the better the sealing property will

be.

Pipeline pressure can be bearable always to the inside

of valve cavity.

The valve body is made of alloy steel forgings, thus has a

strong mechanical property and safe and reliable

performance, able to bear quite high pressures.

Valve bonnet and valve body are connected by bolts; sealing

is the seal ring on valve bonnet which seals off the inner

wall of valve body, therefore the sealing property is

reliable.

It minimizes the assembling clearance between

valve bonnet and valve body ( designed to be 0) , thereby to

reduce corrosive mediums’ corrosiveness to bolt and screw

hole and reduce bolt load.

The sealing surface of valve trim and valve body is welded

with carbide alloy, which improves abrasive resistance and

corrosion resistance.

The valve trim is made of anti- sulfur

steel and the hardness of other parts is limited, so the

valve can be used in H2S environments.
