Pvdc Coated Barrier Film On Bopp Bopa Bopet Base For Cigarette And Snack Packaging - China

Our PVDC coating film, known as K film, is a BOPP, BOPA, BOPET or PE base film coated on both sides with a heat-sealing barrier PVDC coating, giving it excellent gas barrier properties and excellent fragrance preservation.

It seals well at low temperature with smooth, strong seals and very good transparency, so it protects aroma-sensitive contents such as cigarettes, snacks and desserts while keeping the pack looking bright and clean.

The range covers KOPP (BOPP film coated on both sides with PVDC), KPA (BOPA film coated on both sides with PVDC), KPET (BOPET film coated on both sides with PVDC) and KPE (PE film coated on both sides with PVDC).

Standard specifications are thickness 12 microns for KPET, 21 microns for KOPP and 17 microns for KPA, widths of 120–1500 mm and lengths of 200–4000 m, on inner cores of 1, 2, 3 and 6 inches, so converters can match the barrier grade to the pack format.

Each roll wrapped in PE film with cardboard edge protectors, stacked on an export pallet.

Moisture barrier bag and desiccant for sea freight longer than 30 days.

Pallet 1100 x 1100 mm, 1.2-1.5 tons per pallet, 20' container loads 18-20 tons.

Neutral packing or customer branded packing with logo and shipping marks.

MOQ: 1 ton per thickness (1 roll accepted for trial orders).

Lead time: 15-20 days after deposit for standard grades, 25 days for coated or metallized.

Payment: T/T 30% deposit + 70% before shipment, or L/C at sight.

Price terms: FOB Shanghai / Ningbo, CIF or CFR any main port.
