Unstretched Cast Polypropylene Range Lamination And Cooking Grades - China

Our cast polypropylene film is an unstretched polypropylene film divided by use into general CPP (GCPP), aluminum level CPP (MCPP) and cooking class CPP (RCPP).

It is produced by casting non-oriented polypropylene film.

Lamination grade CPP serves clothing, knitwear and flower bags, files and albums, and food packaging.

Aluminized CPP, after vacuum aluminum coating and lamination with BOPP, BOPA and other substrates, serves barrier packaging and metal-film packing for composite and tea, crispy fried foods, biscuits and other high-grade packaging.

Cooking grade CPP offers excellent heat resistance, with a polypropylene softening point around 140 degrees C, for hot filling, cooking bags and aseptic packaging, with acid and alkali resistance and excellent grease performance for bread and laminated packaging materials.

Pallet 1100 x 1100 mm, 1.2-1.5 tons per pallet, 20' container loads 18-20 tons.

Neutral packing or customer branded packing with logo and shipping marks.

MOQ: 1 ton per thickness (1 roll accepted for trial orders).

Lead time: 15-20 days after deposit for standard grades, 25 days for coated or metallized.

Payment: T/T 30% deposit + 70% before shipment, or L/C at sight.
