Anhui Eastern Communication new materials Co., Ltd supplies VMCPP (Metallized Cast Polypropylene) film in thickness range 20-80 micron.
This is a vacuum aluminium-metallized CPP film providing high optical barrier, good moisture resistance and attractive metallic appearance for snack and confectionery barrier packaging.
The aluminium metallization layer gives excellent light and oxygen barrier while the CPP substrate retains good heat-seal strength, printability and flexibility, so the film converts well on standard form-fill-seal, vertical pack and flow-wrap machinery.
VMCPP is widely used for chips, nuts, biscuits, candy, cookies, pet food, coffee and tea packaging where barrier and appearance are both required.
It can be used as a standalone packaging film or laminated with BOPP, PET and paper for upgraded multi-layer structures.
Available in standard jumbo roll and slit-roll formats with optional anti-fog and anti-static treatment.
