1 - PFA coated heating surface with a corrosion-resistant cast aluminum plate, enabling rapid heat-up and excellent chemical resistance.
2 - The heating plate and control unit can be designed as a separate structure to minimize corrosion of electronic components.
3 - Optional programmable timing function with multi-stage temperature control.
4 - Exposed sections of the power cable are protected with PFA tubing to further prevent corrosion from acid vapors.
