Thermoforming is a manufacturing process where a

plastic sheet is heated to a pliable forming

temperature, formed to a specific shape in a mold, and

trimmed to create a usable product.

Our acrylic sheet

is a kind of thermoforming plastic, which can be easily

vacuum forming or blow molding, it’s special designed

for Led ceiling light cover, included round vacuum-

forming cover or circline vacuum- forming cover and so

on.

To meet the different light transmittance and

diffusion demands, there are several distinct

thermoforming acrylic sheet available.

K thermoforming acrylic sheet is kind of extruded

product, which combine PMMA resign and different

scale of diffusion agent, features distinct high light

diffusion and high light transmission.

It’s kind of

translucent milk white material, which one side is

matte, another side looks like orange peel texture.

It’s

an idea lampshade material for LED ceiling light.

Light weight, weather resistance ( at least 5 years ) ,

good light efficiency, light transmittance can be

80% - 90% after forming to lampshade, and light is

uniform and soft.
