About Sino Mould
Sino Mould is a precast concrete mould manufacturer with over 20 years of experience in designing and producing bespoke steel moulds for precast concrete products.
Located in Huanggang City, Hubei Province — the geographic center of China — our factory benefits from reliable raw material supply and convenient logistics.
Since March 2024 we have supplied precast moulds directly to customers in Australia, Germany, Japan and Kazakhstan.
Technical Capabilities
We produce high-precision moulds for precast concrete products using advanced equipment and quality materials to ensure durable, repeatable results.
Manufacturing scale: Annual output > 3, 000 tons of moulds.
Staffing: 10 R&D & engineering professionals and 50 skilled production employees.
Equipment: 30 sets of high-precision CNC machines, laser cutters, bending machines and automated processing centers.
Dimensional range: Standard mould sizes from 1 m to 4 m (larger sizes available on request).
Tolerance: All moulds manufactured to ±2 mm accuracy.
Materials: National-standard structural steel for long service life and consistent form finishes.
Lead time: Typical delivery in approximately 1 month.
Fast assembly: Quick-lock systems (no traditional bolts) allow assembly/disassembly in ~3 minutes.
Optional systems: Japanese copper-core high-frequency vibration motors and frequency converters for superior concrete compaction.
