EQUIPMENT SUMMARIZATION The Process is used to recycle the material

which the quality is not stable.

The bottle prewashing process is

divided into three steps.

First, wash the bottle with dirty water;

Second, wash the bottle with chemical water which is circulated; Third, Flash the bottle

with clean water which is collected from the rinsing unit.

The process can be adjustable to

fit dirty and clean bottles to get high quality flakes.

The process is as below:

De-bale& Bottle Pre-washing→Buffer → Label Scrapping→Label SeparationFlakes

→Rinsing→D rying→Packing→ ; Manual Sorting and Metal Detecting→Wet Grinding
