How to deal with these problems?

We are specialized in manufacturing pyrolysis machine for recycling waste tires, waste plastic, waste rubber etc.

and distillation machiner for recycling waste oil, crude oil, black oil etc.

Fristly: We have four models as below:

DT-06 per batch can do 5tons, you can do 3batch in 2days, so average is 6ton,

DT-08 per batch can do 7tons, you can do 3batch in 2days, so average is 7.5ton,

DT-10 per batch can do 9tons, per day per batch.

DT-12 per batch can do 11tons, per day per batch.

Secondly: processing time

DT-06 feeding time is 2 hours, processing time is 7 hours, cooling time is 2 hours, slag come out time is 2 hours.

DT-08 feeding time is 2 hours, processing time is 8 hours, cooling time is 2 hours, slag come out time is 2 hours.

DT-10 feeding time is 2-3 hours, processing time is 10 hours, cooling time is 2-3 hours, slag come out time is 2-3 hours.

DT-12 feeding time is 3 hours, processing time is 12 hours, cooling time is 3 hours, slag come out time is 3 hours.

Thirdly: Power and fuel

DT-06 Totally is 11KW

DT-08 Totally is 13KW

DT-10 Totally is 16KW

DT-12 Totally is 20KW

You just need heat the reactor with fuel at the beginning time, when oil gas produce, you can use gas to heat the reactor.

So generally, per ton raw material need 60kg coal, except coal, you also can use firewood, fuel oil, gas and so on.

Fourth: Delivery time and warranty time

We can make sure deliver the machine within 15 days after receiving the deposit (30% of the total amount).

The warranty period for reactor is 1 year, and other part except spare parts is 1 year.

The problem caused by wrong operation of workers shall not be responsible by our company.

Within the warranty time, something wrong, just call us, we solve it immediately.

Fifth: installation and catalyst

After you order the machine, we will send the engineer install and debug the machine and train your workers.

When the machine runs several times and everything is ok, technician will leave.

We will supply the catalyst formula after you order the machine, you can buy it from your local market.

Sixth: containers

DT-06 needs two 40HQ containers.

DT-08 needs two 40HQ containers.

DT-10 needs one Flat rack and one 40HQ container.

DT-12 needs one Flat rack and one 40HQ container.

Seventh: Port of shipment

Generally, Port of shipment is Qingdao port, because it is bigger and the port facilities are complete.
