On July 1992, the factory was joined with Hong Kong Zhongce Investment Company to found Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Company Limited.

The company possesses Hangzhou Chao Yang Rubber Company Limited, Hangzhou FuchunJiang Chemistry Company Limited and other subsidiary companies and factories to produce various specifications of radial tyre, truck tyre, passenger car tyre, industrial tyre, agricultural tyre, motor cycle tyre, bicycle tyre, wheel barrrow tyre, rubber crawler belt, tube and miscellaneous rubber products including 14 series and more than 2230 variety and specifications products.

Through years technical transforms, it has formed a specialized scope of producing of 17 million sets of, including 8 million sets of semi steel radial, 2.5 million sets of all steel radial, 60 million sets of bicycle, 100 thousand rubber crawlers, 555 thousand square meter of convey belt and 2 million standard meter of rubber tube.
