Application conditions

Pretreatment: phosphating, chromating, sandblasting Coating: Suitable for corona electrostatic spraying, friction electrostatic spraying, electrostatic fluidized bed spraying, fluidized bed dipping Curing conditions: 200℃ at 10 minutes.

180℃ at 15 minutes.

Can also be designed according to customer needs.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry and ventilated room below 30℃.

Avoid direct sunlight.

Under this condition, the powder can be stably stored for 6 months.

No toxic gas is released during baking.

Avoid inhalation of dust during use.

Operators should wear dust masks.

Minimize long-term contact between skin and powder.

Paint attached to the skin can be washed with soap.
