Motion Compensator Hose - China

Motion compensator is used to reduce the bad influence of the two

connected objects relative motion.

Motion compensator hose is often

installed between standpipe and swivel or between pump and standpipe.

It

is used to give pressure to the compensator to ensure that the pressure

of drilling string is constant.

In other words, it is used to stabilize

the rotary drilling rig and the pump equipment.

The structure of motion

compensator hose is the same as decoking hose and cement hose.

It is

composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover.

Tube is made

from synthetic rubber that is resistant to chemical fluids, oil and

abrasion.

Reinforcement is made from four alternating layers of high

tensile spiral wire.

The cover is made from synthetic rubber that is

resistant to ozone, weather, abrasion and corrosion.
