DESCRIPTION:

HL selects the excellent PP fibers to produce into PP needle punched felt.

Besides some properties as ordinary needle felt, it also has better anti-acid and better anti-alkali property than polyester needle felt, otherwise, the softening point of PP is higher than polyester, and its hydrolysis resistance is very good, so it has been widely used under the temperature of 100 degree centigrade for dusting, and also can be used at high acidity/alkalinity condition.

It is also been widely used for solid-liquid separation of high acidity/alkalinity fluid.

FEATURE:

In the field of liquid-solid separation, polypropylene needle felt is usually used to support devices such as frame filter, vacuum filter, belt filter, centrifugal filter.

Besides its good dimensional stability, high strength, low elongation, it is porous and has smooth surface, which makes it has unique advantages such as high permeability, easy-cleaning and so on.

In mineral processing, coal, petroleum, chemical and other industries, on the occasion need to filter small particles or fine filtration, polypropylene needle felt is absolutely better choice compared with traditional woven filter cloth.
