The gantry type horizontal band saw machines are tough machines, which are designed to handle the demands of fabricator, steel service centers, machine shops, forging and die shops, and metal service centers.

And it cuts solids, tubing, channels, angles, aircraft grade materials, as well as non-ferrous, stainless, and Hi-Temp alloys.

It is ideal for completing multiple slugging of parts, rounds, squares and structural material.

This kind of band saw machine can cut Round Material with diameter up to 2000mm(79') and square sheets in size up to 2000mm(H) * 2000mm(W) or 79'(H) * 79'(W) The guaranteed cut-off accuracy is +/- 0, 1 mm/100 mm of material cut.

Main Features of Semi-automatic Gantry Type Horizontal Band Saw Machine

1 - Manual cutting material feeding

2 - Germany worm and gear

3 - Taiwan solenoid valve and oil pump

4 - Turbine box with high pulling torque and low noise

5 - After cutting sheets of different lengths, the saw blades automatically reset and the saw frame automatically rises up.

6 - Feed length is 500mm one way, which is controlled by grating ruler, the tolerance is less than 0.2mm.

7 - Load is adjustable and cutting speed can be adjusted according to the material’s properties.

8 - Machine stops automatically when saw blade breaks to insure safety.

9 - The machine is able to step-less adjust the cutting speed according to the material to ensure best cutting, which extends service life of the saw blade.

10 - Cursor positioning: projector device makes a shadow cast on working piece to have a precise cutting size

11 - Hydraulic pump supplies system pressure through three position directional valves controlling all vises, head up/down, blade tension, guide arm, and shuttle movement.

12 - Saw blade guidance device is equipped with the anti-friction bearing and hard alloy.

13 - Hydraulic blade tensioning

14 - Overload protection device for saw blade

15 - High precision and high intensity auxiliary guide square column

16 - Wire chip brush for band cleaning
